Equipment Workshop

Come spend the morning at Cornerstone Farm and learn more about the basic equipment we use on our horses. Starting at 9:00am we will have a seminar on what to look for in good saddle fit and the function of the saddle pad. Following we will be fitting horses. At 10:30am we will have a seminar on bits and bitting. Understand how the bit works in the horse's mouth and how to keep them comfortable. Learn what your horse is telling you about their bit. Following we will be bitting horses with the Myler bitting system.

RSVP is required if you are planning to bring a horse. Cost is $30.00 to audit and $50.00 to have your horse fitted and bitted. 

We will have limited time for fitting and bitting in the morning, but we can shedule more times in the afternoon if needed. Our goal is to help you all be as comfortable in your ride as possible. Bring your saddle and bridle. You will be able to test ride in saddles and bits.
