Flint is a trail riders dream horse with a solid build and good foot on him. He was raised by Steve and Carolyn Kokjohn and purchased by his current owners when he was a yearling. Started right and has been the husband’s trail mount for the past several years. He has traveled many times to South Dakota for week long rides and other places including Shimik State Forrest. Flint has never been one to refuse any obstacle on the trails. He will cross water, go through the boggy areas, and make his way down any trail. He does not get easily upset over anything, has mostly been the follower on the trails, but will take the lead if needed. He has been around cattle and has pushed them some. You won’t meet an easier riding, quiet, and level headed guy than Flint.
Flint is up to date on all his vaccinations, worming, farrier work, and coggins. He requires no maintenance. He does hold fluid in his right hock, but it does not affect his movement in any way and is priced accordingly. He is selling sound with a vet exam, and we do encourage pre-purchase exams.
